My name is Melinda Sánchez

I am a Corporate Coach specializing in guiding companies and leaders to achieve strategic results, enhance team performance, and create lasting impact within organizations.

With over fifteen years of experience combining coaching, training, and business development in multinational companies, I design and implement strategic solutions that connect learning, change management, and corporate planning with business objectives. This combination of corporate experience and coaching expertise allows me to apply modern, practical methodologies that deliver tangible and measurable results for teams, leaders, and organizations.

I have held roles as Head of Business Development and Strategic Planning, giving me a deep understanding of how to align people, processes, and strategic objectives to maximize impact and performance.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration from ESIC, a Master’s in Coaching with ACC certification from the ICF (International Coaching Federation), and specializations in Leadership, Neuroscience of Change, Mindfulness, and Emotional Management.
