What my sessions consist of?
Coaching is a support process in which the client (coachee) brings a specific issue, whether personal or professional, for example: a problem they find difficult to manage, a recurring concern, a challenge, a personal relationship, a situation at work, a goal they want to achieve, etc., in order to achieve a change, an improvement, achieve well-being or reach a specific goal.
Through individual sessions, I use a practical and personalized methodology. You’ll notice progress in every session and feel a growing sense of clarity that helps you make effective decisions. You’ll experience real change and a deeper sense of wellbeing, moving consciously and consistently toward your desired results.
I design a personalized plan for each client. Every person is unique and has specific needs, so the number of sessions depends on their situation and what they want to achieve.
My coaching sessions are virtual, held in a safe, judgment-free space where you will find openness and support.
For me, the coach–coachee relationship is deeply rewarding. Every step you take forward is a shared achievement. My favorite moment is when I tell you: “You no longer need sessions; you’re ready to move forward on your own.” That’s when I know we’ve done meaningful work together.
What Coaching is not
Coaching is not therapy or psychotherapy. While therapy focuses on addressing mental health issues and often looks at the past to resolve deep emotional challenges, coaching focuses on the present and future. Together, we set clear goals and create actionable plans that help you move forward with confidence.
Coaching is not mentoring. Unlike a mentor who shares advice based on personal experience in a specific field, a coach helps you discover your own solutions. This approach empowers you to take ownership of your progress, achieve meaningful results, and feel a real sense of personal satisfaction—all with the guidance and practical tools I provide.
